Amphibious creatures are those that can live in both water and on land. This includes frogs, salamanders, crabs, etc. These creatures can be found in moist areas, like swamps, rain forests, or beaches. This race can also be used as a catch-all for fish-men, reptiles, and more.

FROGLING
Froglings are small, frog-like humanoids that wield either daggers or spears in their hands. Most even arm their tongue with a dagger, hiding it in their mouths so that they can catch their opponents off guard. These Froglings use daggers or spears as their Natural Melee Weapons, and can toss throwing knives with their tongues as Natural Ranged Weapons.
